Nutritionist – Airline Catering Services

About the role

We are looking for a Nutritionist to join our airline catering division in Bogota. The role focuses on ensuring that all food services meet client‑specified dietary requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee the delivery of meals that comply with the specific diets requested by airline clients.
• Monitor food service operations to guarantee adherence to quality, safety and hygiene standards.
• Track performance indicators related to nutrition service and report any deviations.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to integrate nutritional guidelines into menu planning.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on proper handling of special‑diet meals.

Required profile

• Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or a related field.
• Experience in food service environments, preferably within airline or airport catering.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced setting.
