On Field Sales Auditor

About the role

The On Field Sales Auditor ensures consistent execution of the Sales SOP through field auditing, documented Accompany Visits, coaching, capability development, and operational control. You will act as the auditor of commercial execution, validating field performance and ensuring scoring consistency across the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Document Sales SOP compliance during structured Accompany Visits, completing evaluation rubrics and gathering objective evidence.
• Conduct unannounced field audits to assess execution against the Sales SOP and calibrate BDM scoring.
• Identify execution gaps, provide immediate coaching, and define clear action plans for improvement.
• Monitor completion of action plans, verify improvements in follow‑up visits, and report recurring trends.
• Support onboarding and field development of new Business Development staff and maintain audit documentation, trackers, and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Pedagogy, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial training, field coaching, auditing, or sales operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple field priorities.
• High integrity, objectivity, and commitment to operational excellence.
