On-Page SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced On-Page SEO Specialist to execute advanced SEO and AI‑search optimization campaigns across healthcare, home services, and charitable sectors. You will collaborate closely with SEO Strategists, content writers, and developers to boost relevance, authority, usability, and overall search performance of client websites.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end on‑page SEO process, from research and planning through implementation, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze keyword opportunities, search intent, competitor pages and content gaps to identify high‑impact optimization opportunities.
• Create detailed content briefs and review content to ensure accuracy, topical depth and alignment with SEO best practices.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as metadata, headings, internal linking, page structure and content organization.
• Validate technical SEO aspects including indexing, canonicalization, structured data and crawlability.
• Implement content updates in WordPress or coordinate with writers and developers to ensure precise execution.
• Monitor performance using SEO tools and recommend ongoing improvements based on data and business impact.

Required profile

• Advanced (C1) English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on on‑page SEO experience, preferably in a digital‑marketing or agency environment.
• Proven ability to conduct keyword research, search‑intent analysis, competitor analysis and develop content strategies.
