OneStream Planning Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced OneStream Planning Architect to lead solution design for enterprise planning and consolidation programmes. The role is fully remote within Colombia and involves working closely with senior finance stakeholders to build scalable, AI‑enhanced OneStream environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design across OneStream planning and consolidation engagements.
• Translate finance, reporting, and operational requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Oversee configuration of metadata, workflows, dashboards, business rules, and reporting structures.
• Design integration between OneStream and ERP or broader finance systems.
• Facilitate solution workshops, user enablement, and platform adoption activities.
• Review existing environments to identify optimisation and automation opportunities.
• Contribute to delivery standards and ensure technical consistency across project teams.
• Support the adoption of AI‑driven workflow capabilities within finance transformation programmes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on OneStream architecture or lead consultant experience.
• Strong expertise in planning, consolidation, or both, at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to design end‑to‑end OneStream solutions from discovery through deployment.
• Experience working in consulting and client‑facing delivery environments.
• Excellent communication skills for both finance and technical audiences.
• Exposure to AI‑enabled finance processes or automation initiatives is a plus.
• OneStream Architect certification is advantageous.
