Operational Governance Auditor (Remote)

About the role

The Client Services Governance Auditor reviews post‑sales client interactions and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and early risk detection. You will audit calls, meetings, follow‑ups, and CRM updates, identifying risks, missed opportunities, and deviations from standards.

Key responsibilities

• Audit client‑facing interactions (calls, meetings, documentation) for compliance with Governance standards.
• Identify and document risks, missed opportunities, and process deviations that could affect client satisfaction or revenue.
• Produce clear, objective audit reports for Account Managers, Delivery teams, and leadership.
• Track audit outcomes, detect recurring patterns, and support trend analysis and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Governance leadership and operational teams to clarify findings and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to objectively assess complex situations with a business‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in audit roles and post‑sales operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
