Operations Coordinator – On‑Site (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join SOLVO, a fast‑growing Procurement‑as‑a‑Service company, as an Operations Coordinator. You will manage end‑to‑end order processes, coordinate with vendors and logistics partners, and support business‑development initiatives in sectors such as education, healthcare, construction and government.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders from initiation to final delivery, serving as the main point of contact with vendors, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor fulfillment processes, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate sales, order, payment and operational records.
• Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments.
• Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM data, run targeted email outreach campaigns and generate qualified leads.
• Research new business opportunities, prepare proposals and support client‑retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to improve processes, support special projects and manage multiple high‑impact tasks simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, coordination, logistics, project management or related roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and email‑marketing/lead‑generation initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English (C1) with clear professional communication.
