Operations Director

About the role

Publicis Production is seeking an Operations Director to define, scale and continuously optimise its operational model. The role will ensure efficient execution, sustainable growth and alignment with business objectives through strategic leadership, workforce planning and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the operational model, governance frameworks and best‑practice standards.
• Lead capacity planning, workforce strategy and talent development across the organisation.
• Oversee delivery performance, SLA compliance, risk management and corrective actions.
• Partner with Finance to monitor financial KPIs, optimise productivity and support budgeting.
• Drive process optimisation, automation and AI‑enabled solutions to improve decision‑making.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading operations, delivery organisations or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale, multidisciplinary teams in production or marketing environments.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to balance performance with profitability.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
