Operations & Logistics Manager - E-commerce

About the role

Carepod is a premium home‑wellness brand focused on thoughtfully designed products and exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager to lead and improve our logistics and fulfillment operations as we scale. You’ll oversee the movement of products from suppliers to customers, balancing service, inventory, cost, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end logistics operations across inbound freight, warehousing, fulfillment, outbound shipping and returns.
• Manage 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders and other logistics partners to ensure strong performance and service levels.
• Oversee inventory flow and replenishment across warehouses, partnering with Supply Chain to anticipate demand.
• Build and improve SOPs and workflows for receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, returns and exception handling.
• Track and analyse logistics KPIs, establish performance expectations and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the logistics team, providing coaching, clear priorities and a culture of ownership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with CX, Marketing, Product, Finance and Supply Chain on launches, inventory planning and logistics costs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain or fulfillment, preferably in e‑commerce, DTC or retail.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong 3PL, carrier, freight forwarder and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of domestic and/or international shipping.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using KPIs and operational data.
