Operations Manager – Colombia

About the role

Revolut is seeking an Operations Manager to drive high‑impact initiatives as it expands its fintech platform in Colombia. You will translate data insights into product strategies, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise scalable processes to support Revolut’s hyper‑growth in Colombia.
• Turn data insights into actionable product strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of core infrastructure projects.
• Define project priorities, set timelines, and achieve rapid goals.
• Identify new features that enhance the customer experience.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and create performance‑tracking systems.
• Develop strategic supply‑chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Technical proficiency to create queries and perform data analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in the Colombian banking sector as a project manager, consultant, or corporate strategist.
• Proven track record of quickly assuming responsibility and delivering results.
• Ability to break complex problems into manageable parts.
• Strong business‑case development and stakeholder persuasion skills.
