Operations Manager – Finance

About the role

Revolut is seeking an Operations Manager to lead financial process initiatives, drive automation, and enhance audit frameworks. You will work closely with product designers, software engineers, and external auditors to improve finance operations at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of dashboards to monitor financial performance and key metrics.
• Drive automation projects to streamline finance processes and reduce integration time for new initiatives.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and implement best practices across finance functions.
• Collaborate with external auditors and analytics experts to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance.
• Partner with product designers and engineers to enhance the accounting platform UI and build new finance tools.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance or economics (minimum 2:1) from a top university.
• 3+ years of project/change management experience in a Big 4 or fast‑paced financial services environment.
• Proven ability to work with large, high‑volume transaction datasets.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
