Operations & Project Manager (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

This fully remote, full‑time position supports a US‑based $50M CPG manufacturing and 3PL group. Reporting directly to the founder, you will work Eastern Time hours from Colombia, preferably in Bogotá or Medellín, and help drive product development through fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from idea and formulation through packaging, production, and fulfillment.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and accountability across clients, manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Centralize scattered client information into organized, accessible systems.
• Build and improve systems and automation using Monday.com, Slack, and AI tools.
• Maintain client, manufacturer, and supplier relationships and ensure accountability.
• Handle new‑client follow‑ups, onboarding, and weekly check‑ins with the founder.

Required profile

• Proven project management and client or account management experience.
• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, supply chain, or 3PL/fulfillment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Full‑time availability during Eastern Time hours.
