Operator & License Owner – Football Platform in Medellín

About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and run its football platform in Medellín. You will be responsible for building local partnerships, managing game operations and growing an active community of players and hosts.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer’s presence in Medellín.
• Identify and secure football venues for games.
• Recruit, train and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and increase participation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure a high‑quality player experience.
• Monitor performance metrics and propose improvements to the local operation.

Required profile

• Passion for football and deep knowledge of the local football community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience in operations, community or customer‑experience management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
