Outbound Calling Agent (Legal Services)

About the role

A client of the recruiter needs an outbound calling agent to contact incoming leads about people who have been involved in accidents and may be seeking legal representation. This is a high-volume, full-time remote position where you initiate conversations and identify people who may qualify for further assistance, rather than simply reading from a script.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 300 to 500 calls per day using a power dialer to contact leads
• Respond to new leads within 30 to 60 seconds whenever possible
• Follow up through calls and text messages according to company procedures
• Ask preliminary qualifying questions and identify prospects suitable for the next stage
• Use the CRM software to track lead activity and document interactions, then update lead statuses and follow-up sequences
• Transfer qualified and interested prospects to Level 2 Sales Agents
• Follow U.S. calling regulations, company policies and approved communication procedures

Required profile

• At least 3 years of cold-calling or outbound calling experience
• At least 5 years of sales experience
• Fluent English with clear pronunciation and strong conversational skills
• Comfortable making many calls and handling rejection, with good listening skills and rapport building
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Required skills

• Experience with power dialers, high-volume outbound calling and CRM systems
• Preferred: Spanish proficiency and familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar platforms

• Shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM U.S. local time, with priority given to Pacific Time leads
