About the role

We are expanding our international sales team focused on the US restaurant market and need an experienced Outbound Sales Representative & Closer. You will prospect, engage, and convert restaurant owners and decision‑makers, driving new business opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold outreach to restaurant owners and decision‑makers in the US.
• Identify business needs, qualify prospects, and move conversations toward closing.
• Handle objections, conduct discovery calls, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Record prospect interactions and pipeline status in CRM.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to meet outreach and performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality sectors.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent persuasion, objection‑handling, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment and confident speaking with business owners and executives.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site in Barranquilla.
