About the role
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative & Closer to join our international sales team focused on the US restaurant market. You will drive new business by prospecting, building relationships, and guiding restaurant owners through the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold outreach to restaurant owners and decision‑makers in the US.
- Engage prospects professionally, identify business needs, and uncover sales opportunities.
- Lead discovery and sales conversations, handle objections, and move deals forward.
- Maintain organized prospect and pipeline records.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to meet outreach and performance targets.
Required profile
- Previous outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work fully on‑site in Barranquilla.
