Outbound Sales (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative who speaks Spanish to join our Bogotá office. The role focuses on contacting warm leads and previous customers to promote cruise vacation packages, guiding them through the booking process and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads, previous customers and prospective clients to present cruise options.
• Educate clients on itineraries, promotions and package details to match their preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by closing bookings and securing deposits.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey and address any inquiries.
• Record client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, seasonal promotions and product knowledge.

Required profile

• 6‑12 months of pure outbound BPO sales experience.
• Experience in call‑center or phone sales, preferably in travel or cruise industry.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work in a performance‑driven, commission‑based environment.
• Positive mindset, adaptable to change and flexible availability for evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Clean background record and willingness to work onsite in Bogotá.
