Packaging Operator - Bag Sealing and Wrapping

About the role
Baxter is hiring a packaging operator in Cali to carry out the bag sealing and wrapping processes on the production line. The role keeps the product flowing according to standard and maintains quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the sealing machine and pack bags, ensuring the required quantity and quality of product.
- Follow written procedures for the processes performed, including cleared lines and mass inspections that ensure product quality.
- Perform visual inspection of the belt for particles.
- Handle the pallet jack safely.
- Report quality events related to operation and waste.
- Report downtime, report damages and clean the machine at the end of each shift.
Required profile
- Academic degree (bachiller).
- 6 months of experience in manufacturing processes (desired).
- Drive to achieve results and quick learning ability.
