Paid Media Expert – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Paid Media Expert to own the end‑to‑end development and execution of our paid‑media strategy across digital platforms. You will have full autonomy to design, launch, and optimise campaigns that align with business goals while leveraging data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage paid‑media campaigns on YouTube Shorts, Google PPC and Meta Ads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives.
• Maintain the campaign calendar, allocate budgets efficiently and ensure timely execution.
• Analyse performance data, produce concise ROI reports and recommend optimisations.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative and landing pages.
• Audit existing paid‑media history to craft a smarter, growth‑focused strategy.
• Stay current on platform updates and identify opportunities for expansion into new channels.
• Communicate strategy, updates and results clearly and respond promptly to Basecamp messages.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong creative and strategic mindset.
• Analytical thinker capable of interpreting complex data.
• Proactive, independent and highly organised.
• Fluent in English (bilingual or native level).

Required skills

• YouTube Shorts Ads experience.
• Google PPC (Google Ads) experience.
• Meta Ads experience (Meta Business Suite).
• Google Analytics proficiency.
