Paid Media Manager (Bogotá)

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts in Bogotá. You will work closely with cross‑functional strategists, manage client relationships, and guide a small team of buyers or strategists to deliver high‑performing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of one to two digital marketing buyers or strategists.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns on social, search, display and other paid channels.
• Deep‑dive into each platform to understand day‑to‑day performance and drive results.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring goals are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and global colleagues (including North America) to align media strategy.
• Analyze performance data, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve processes.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Agency background preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Excellent client communication and people‑management skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Fluent English; ability to prioritize tasks based on client needs.
