Paid Media Manager – Medellin

About the role

We are looking for a technically strong Paid Media Manager to plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across a variety of platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of campaigns, from architecture to performance reporting, while aligning each effort with the broader marketing funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Design campaign structures across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok and emerging platforms with clear funnel intent.
• Develop and test new audience acquisition tactics, creative formats and lead‑generation strategies.
• Create retargeting and lifecycle audiences that integrate with email nurture, content offers and sales outreach.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Creative Performance Marketing to translate briefs into high‑performing ads.
• Manage audience targeting, bid strategies, budget pacing and conversion tracking (pixels, server‑side, offline, GA4).
• Run structured A/B tests on copy, creative, audiences and bidding.
• Analyse data, build performance reports and continuously optimise spend.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make optimisation decisions.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor without direct reports.
