Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Inchcape Digital is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to drive digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work within a collaborative team to implement, optimise and report on paid media initiatives that meet sales, lead‑generation and cost‑per‑lead targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement digital campaigns on time with accurate UTM tagging and minimal errors.
• Monitor daily performance and optimise keywords, CPC, CPA, budgets and pause under‑performing ads.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports (CTR, spend, budget consumption).
• Run monthly A/B tests and optimisation projects to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with business unit KPIs and attend client‑facing meetings.
• Manage digital marketing budgets according to the agreed media plan.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads, TikTok and programmatic buying.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and metric analysis.
• Client‑facing experience with solid communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
