About the role
Join GCG, a leading provider of aviation and culinary solutions across the Caribbean and Latin America, as a Panadero/Pastelero. You will work in a multicultural environment producing a wide range of bakery and pastry items for catering operations.
Key responsibilities
- Produce line‑batch bakery products using heavy and light batter techniques, mousses, and wafer‑based items.
- Decorate and assemble desserts, ensuring high visual and taste standards.
- Manage BPM, quality controls, and documentation formats for production.
Required profile
- Preferably experienced in catering environments.
- Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry production processes.
