Paralegal – Evening Shift (Remote)

About the role
This full‑time remote position is for a Paralegal based in Medellín, Colombia, working the evening shift (2:00 PM–11:00 PM COT) Monday‑Friday. You will support a U.S. legal team on litigation matters and receive comprehensive training.
Key responsibilities
- Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with drafting legal documents and managing case files.
- Conduct legal research and coordinate litigation support tasks.
Required profile
- Licensed to practice law in Colombia with C1 English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong academic record (GPA 4.0 or higher) and excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to quickly learn case‑management software.
