Partner Solutions Architect

About the role

Datadog is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to work within the Channels & Alliances segment, supporting partners on technical initiatives such as cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation. The role is hybrid and focuses on onboarding, training, and enabling partner technical resources.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and partner technical teams.
• Collaborate on partner initiatives including demos, proofs of value, and enablement workshops.
• Advocate for partner technical concerns and help resolve them with internal Datadog teams.
• Analyze partner service offerings and recommend enhancements through Datadog feature adoption.
• Work with product, engineering, and technical services to prioritize new features.
• Curate best practices for Datadog platform adoption.

Required profile

• Solid technical background with hands‑on IT development and/or operations experience.
• 10‑15 years in a customer‑ or partner‑facing technical role.
• Self‑starter with strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value.
• Confident presentation skills.

• Public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry.
• Programming/Scripting: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go.
• Configuration management: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab.
