About the role

Holcim’s Americas Digital Center is looking for a motivated Cloud Intern to join its fast‑growing technology team. The internship is part of a structured two‑year development program that moves participants from an initial immersion phase to a junior analyst role, providing hands‑on experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the deployment, configuration, and administration of AWS resources and services.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and help track team activities using agile methodologies.
• Promote cybersecurity best practices and provide training to teammates when needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional areas to ensure infrastructure availability, stability, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Current engineering student (Systems, Software, IT or related fields) with a strong passion for technology and innovation.
• Minimum English proficiency of B1 (ideal B2).
• University approval for a professional internship under a formal agreement.
• Based in Medellín, Valle de Aburrá or nearby areas.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Intermediate programming abilities.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts (desirable).
