Patient Coordinator – English Speaking (On-site)

About the role

The Patient Coordinator will support VIP Medical Group’s vein disease and pain‑management clinics in Medellín by ensuring smooth scheduling and onboarding of new patients. The role requires excellent communication in English and a compassionate, detail‑oriented approach.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule new patient appointments for multiple providers using a computerized scheduling system.
• Import and manage new patient packets from the website, resolving any issues that arise.
• Obtain necessary medical records from referring providers to complete the new‑patient process.
• Electronically assign documents such as orders, operation notes, consents, outside records, procedures, and therapies within the EMR.
• Register new patients by completing the website packet and documenting work processes as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by team leaders or managers.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English (C1 level or higher).
• At least 6 months of customer‑service experience.
• Basic typing and keyboarding skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented with good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
