Patient Coordinator – Practice Manager

About the role

The Practice Manager / New Patient Coordinator is the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental‑health support at a fast‑growing private psychiatry practice. You will guide prospects through the discovery phase, qualify their needs, and help them commit to care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 120‑130 inbound leads each month via phone, email and the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Respond promptly to inquiries to ensure zero lag time for patients seeking immediate assistance.
• Conduct high‑empathy discovery calls to qualify prospects and explain the practice’s evidence‑based treatment model.
• Facilitate clinical intake, schedule appointments and discuss financial commitments.
• Achieve weekly targets of at least 10 successfully attended consultations to unlock performance‑based commissions.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills; the entire shift is conducted in English.
• Strong emotional intelligence to handle clients in crisis with compassion and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently, meet daily pipeline goals and maintain accurate records.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm EST.
• Base salary $1,800‑$2,000 per month plus performance‑based commission.
