Payer Liaison Hematology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Payer Liaison Hematology in Bogota, Colombia, within its Market Access function (Health Economics Market Access). The role reviews patient feedback and market access data, acts as a subject matter expert on market access results, and coaches junior colleagues. An internal pre-identified candidate has been identified, but all applications will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Review comprehensive patient feedback, including market access data and clinical development plans, to ensure they reflect the access needs of the global marketplace.
• Act as a developing subject matter expert and advocate for the deliverables needed to measure market access results and achievements.
• Build expertise in the clinical and market access drivers of science-based initiatives and help advance external market access success and company brand recognition.
• Analyze key market intelligence to stay up to date with scientific developments and contribute to a strong company value proposition.
• Build a baseline of industry knowledge of patient perspectives on medical needs and recommend strategies supporting the patient voice and satisfaction.
• Coach more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
• Apply Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree as a Pharmacist is highly desired, or a similar degree related to healthcare.
• 2-4 years of experience in similar roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Solid experience in oncology and hematology.
• Communication and presentation skills, business acumen, teamwork, leadership, negotiation, coaching and influencing skills, able to work effectively in a matrix.
• Awareness of and adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo values.
