About the role
Visa is seeking a Payment Ecosystem Risk & Compliance Manager to design and implement compliance solutions, lead investigations and conduct risk‑based analysis to protect the integrity of its global payment ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex investigations and compliance reviews, identify emerging risks and drive remediation and enforcement actions.
- Perform advanced data analysis, develop actionable insights, reporting and performance metrics for compliance strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, interpreting Visa Rules and providing risk‑based guidance.
- Manage high‑priority, sensitive compliance matters and coordinate with Global Risk, PERC, Rules & Compliance and regional teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in payments, financial services, risk, fraud, compliance, audit or consulting.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
