Payment Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Payment Operations Specialist to join our finance team. You will support day‑to‑day payment workflows, reconciliation processes and financial reporting, ensuring money moves accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Execute domestic and international payment transactions, verifying details and authorizations.
• Identify, investigate and resolve payment failures, chargebacks and discrepancies.
• Prepare daily cash position reports, payment summaries and operational dashboards.
• Document workflows, flag inefficiencies and suggest automation opportunities.
• Support compliance by ensuring transactions adhere to AML, KYC and internal control policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar payment operations role.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle high‑volume work.
• Strong attention to detail demonstrated through reconciliation, auditing or data‑entry tasks.
• Fluency in English.
