About the role

Strada, a people, payroll and technology company operating in more than 180 countries, is hiring a payroll analyst for Colombia. The role covers the full payroll process for Colombian employees, including post-payroll accounting, social security and taxes.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full payroll process for Colombia
Issue payroll reports
Handle post-payroll processes such as accounting, social security and taxes
Analyze collective bargaining agreements

Required profile

Advanced students or graduates in Public Accounting, Human Resources, Labor Relations or related fields
At least 5 years of proven experience in similar positions
Current and future work authorization in Colombia, without visa sponsorship

Required skills

Management of payroll software SAP
Advanced computer skills
Proactivity, communication, analytical skills and service orientation
