People Associate (Bogota)

About the role

The People function supports Dialectica’s strategy by retaining, growing and motivating its people. As a People Associate in Bogotá, you will provide hands‑on support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with HR Business Partners, managers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, processes and day‑to‑day questions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, promotions, performance reviews, pay reviews, internal moves and resignations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and collaborate with Payroll and Finance on monthly inputs.
• Help apply company policies consistently, keep local procedures up to date and organize engagement initiatives, pulse surveys and team events.
• Maintain People dashboards, prepare headcount, attrition and promotion reports, and provide data‑driven insights to business leaders.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities, with experience in Excel analysis and modelling.
• Professionalism, problem‑solving mindset and ability to adapt to new challenges.
• Early‑career HR professional seeking ownership and international exposure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with HRIS systems for employee record management.
