People & Culture Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performance People & Culture Manager to shape and protect our most valuable asset – our team. This role is strategic and operational, focused on a fully remote, 24/7 workforce operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high‑performance culture that keeps a 7‑day‑a‑week remote team energized and aligned.
• Design and execute seamless onboarding and off‑boarding processes for diverse roles, from influencer managers to bookkeepers.
• Partner with legal counsel to ensure global compliance for contractors and employees in regions such as Canada and LATAM.
• Coordinate payroll with the Web3 Bookkeeper, handling both fiat and digital‑asset compensation.
• Implement lightweight performance review systems that focus on potential and KPI achievement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communication, resolving friction and bridging leadership with front‑line staff.

Required profile

• 4+ years of HR or People Operations experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup or Web3 environment.
• Solid understanding of Web3 concepts and comfort with decentralized workforce models.
• Proven ability to lead culture in a fully remote organization.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict‑resolution skills in digital settings.
• Strong organizational talent for turning chaotic processes into repeatable workflows.
• Absolute discretion handling sensitive compensation, performance, and legal data.
