People Organization Coordinator

About the role

The People Organization Coordinator will lead core HR processes, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee relations, and compliance initiatives. This role supports a people‑first philosophy while maintaining accurate records and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Execute People Organization processes including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, talent development, employee relations, well‑being initiatives, recognition programs, and off‑boarding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee data in designated systems, ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Prepare, review, and deliver accurate HR reports on time.
• Distribute official communications locally and nationally, keeping internal channels current.
• Support the design and rollout of HR initiatives such as benefits, training, and other people‑related programs.
• Manage onboarding logistics, including enrollment and tracking of health and life insurance benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar HR coordination role.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of labor and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
