People Partner / HR Business Partner

About the role

Provectus, a leading AI and data consultancy, is seeking a People Partner to support its growing workforce across Latin America and the United States. The role will align HR initiatives with business objectives, foster an inclusive culture, and drive talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees in Colombia, Costa Rica, the USA and Canada, advising on policies, employee relations and HR processes.
• Assist managers with goal‑setting, performance reviews and compliance with HR procedures for all dedicated headcount.
• Oversee HR compliance, support audits (SOC, ISO) and ensure adherence to local labour laws.
• Coordinate employee development programs, career pathing and learning opportunities.
• Drive employee engagement through surveys, pulse checks, team‑building events and well‑being initiatives.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for LATAM and North America, including sourcing, interviewing, offers and talent pipeline development.
• Partner with universities and industry networks to attract emerging talent.
• Utilise data‑driven insights to improve recruitment metrics and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in fast‑paced or technology‑focused environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies, talent management and recruitment processes across LATAM and the US.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence managers and employees.
• Experience handling compliance, audits and cross‑border HR operations.
