Personal Assistant – Family, Personal & Social Media Support

About the role

Community Sports Partners seeks a friendly, resourceful personal assistant to support the founder with personal, family and social media tasks across an agreed weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the administrative assistant on priorities, maintain shared records and provide clear handovers between shifts.
• Research and arrange personal errands such as restaurant options, clothing, gifts and shopping within budgets.
• Provide Spanish tutoring and conversation practice for the founder.
• Monitor family and school message threads, capture homework, deadlines and coordinate reminders.
• Maintain a shared calendar of school events, birthdays and appointments, flagging conflicts.
• Organise online grocery orders via Instacart or similar services, managing substitutions and delivery times.
• Support the founder’s organic presence on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn by gathering content ideas, preparing and scheduling posts, and engaging with comments.
• Monitor and respond to incoming business messages on social platforms and SMS, handling routine inquiries and escalating urgent issues.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish with patient teaching ability.
• Experience in personal assistance, customer service, social media inbox support or similar coordination roles.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, discretion with personal information and reliable follow‑through.
• Dependable availability for evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and SMS platforms.
• Experience using shared customer record systems.
