About the role

We are looking for an Inside Phone Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and turn consultations into retained clients in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

Handle high‑intent inbound leads from individuals seeking legal assistance.
Conduct phone consultations and close retainer agreements.
Follow up with warm leads and convert them into paying clients.
Maintain a high call volume while delivering quality service.

Required profile

Competitive and persuasive mindset.
Strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
