Photovoltaic Construction & Installation Manager

About the role

GreenYellow is seeking a Photovoltaic Construction & Installation Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale solar projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards while driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and commission photovoltaic construction projects, overseeing handover to operations.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives and schedules.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX, resources, and costs, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate technical, contractual, and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, HSE requirements, and quality expectations.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising resources and critical activities.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and adoption of new construction technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree or specialization in Project Management, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering or Photovoltaic Systems.
• 10+ years of experience leading energy infrastructure, electrical or photovoltaic projects.
• Strong experience managing contractors, budgets, schedules, and complex project execution.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of photovoltaic systems, substations and electrical networks.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Excel.
