P&M - Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to carry out manufacturing activities in accordance with our specific procedures and safety instructions. The role supports the achievement of quality, safety, productivity and on‑time delivery targets for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and record material verification according to established procedures to ensure process stages and prevent quality leaks.
• Report any differences or anomalies in production stages or equipment that fall outside defined ranges to reduce non‑conforming products.
• Maintain first‑level maintenance check‑lists to ensure proper equipment operation and minimise corrective maintenance costs.
• Complete equipment approval stickers and operational forms to guarantee correct equipment segregation.
• Conduct shift hand‑over communication, sharing relevant updates on product status and equipment.
• Inform the supervisor of unsafe behaviours, process, equipment or facility issues to trigger appropriate actions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Proactive attitude in reporting anomalies and safety concerns.
• Ability to work in a shift environment and communicate effectively during hand‑overs.
• Commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date documentation and check‑lists.
