About the role
EXL is seeking a highly motivated Premium Auditor to join its dynamic team. The role involves overseeing auditing processes, reviewing financial documents and ensuring compliance with insurance policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Collect financial information from clients, demonstrating strong B2B communication skills.
- Organize and manage data related to audits.
- Prepare detailed reports on clients’ financial status.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and insurance providers to finalize audit procedures.
Required profile
- C1 level English proficiency.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the BPO sector in staff or back‑office roles (e.g., Team Leader, Trainer, QA).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

What we offer
- Indefinite (permanent) contract.
- Salary of 4,300,000 COP.
- Weekends off.
