Pricing & Commercial Analyst – LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a Pricing & Commercial Analyst to support pricing strategies and commercial analytics across the Latin American region. The role combines data analysis, cross‑functional collaboration and process improvement to drive profitability and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze pricing data, sales performance and commercial trends to inform decision‑making.
• Prepare and manage customer quotations, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely turnaround.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI.
• Monitor pricing KPIs and quotation turnaround times.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and other teams to support business initiatives.
• Maintain pricing databases and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in process‑improvement and automation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, sales analytics, revenue management or similar analytical roles.
• Professional English proficiency for meetings and regional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Power BI (or similar BI tools)
• SQL (basic to intermediate)
