Print Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑level Print Designer in Bogotá to create accurate, high‑quality print materials for campaigns, product lines and markets. The role requires strong creative execution, solid pre‑press knowledge and collaboration with creative and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver print assets such as packaging, editorial pieces, large‑format graphics and campaign materials, ensuring colour, composition and visual consistency.
• Prepare production‑ready files, perform pre‑press checks, colour separation, proof validation and final artwork preparation.
• Validate dimensions, finishing requirements, image quality, typography, bleeds and print specifications.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, Account and Project Management teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain organised production files, documentation and metadata throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify workflow improvements through reusable templates, automation and process optimisation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior designers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in print design, graphic production or artwork development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2 or higher).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Solid knowledge of pre‑press processes, colour separation, proofing and finishing techniques.
• Experience with automated artwork creation, layout systems or variable‑data printing.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered tools for artwork validation and workflow optimisation.
