Process & Continuous Improvement Analyst

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Process & Continuous Improvement Analyst to drive efficiency across Commercial Capabilities. The role will focus on automating workflows, optimizing pricing and contracting operations, and supporting business continuity through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to streamline and automate Commercial Capabilities processes across the DPS commercial organization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify workflow pain points and propose strategic solutions.
• Analyze contracting data and trends to provide actionable insights for operational strategies.
• Develop and maintain clear process documentation and ensure consistency across the organization.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
• Conduct regular reviews of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training on commercial capability processes as needed.
• Support cross‑functional projects with analysis aligned to organizational objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process improvement within a commercial or sales operations environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with diverse functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive results in a fast‑paced setting.
