Process Engineer - Intermediate

About the role

The Process Engineer - Intermediate leads end-to-end process transformation across the organization, bridging current operational capabilities with technology-driven future states through statistical analysis and lean engineering methodologies. The role covers feasibility studies, maturity assessment, root cause analysis, implementation and benefit measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the feasibility of process improvement opportunities, covering financial, technical and compliance aspects
• Prioritize opportunities by inventorying them and evaluating their maturity level
• Design and document new processes, including scope, steps, actors, systems, inputs, outputs, quality and metrics
• Map current processes (as-is) and analyse data to define attributes such as AHT, UPH, SLAs and task categories
• Identify inefficiencies and propose tech-enabled improvements using methods such as Six Sigma, TQM, Lean, Kaizen, Kanban, Agile, BPM, automation and capacity analysis
• Run internal and external benchmarks to adopt good business practices
• Evaluate existing metrics and KPIs periodically and propose new ones
• Lead implementation with business and technical teams, promote digital transformation including AI, track benefits and report results to stakeholders

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years of process improvement experience in the services industry
• 2+ years of hands-on practice with Lean Six Sigma and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in English, oral and written (B2+)
