Process Specialist – Manufacturing Improvement

About the role

We are seeking an analytical Process Specialist to support our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will establish labor standards, conduct time and motion studies, and identify opportunities to eliminate waste while boosting productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing process videos and production workflows.
• Conduct time and motion studies using MODAPTS/ModApps methodologies.
• Establish standard labor times and calculate man‑hour requirements.
• Perform productivity audits and compare actual performance against established standards.
• Identify waste, inefficiencies, and non‑value‑added activities.
• Support the development of new labor standards and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve production efficiency.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1).
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in industrial engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and process improvement methodologies.
