Product Designer

About the role

As a Product Designer you will create intuitive digital experiences that connect patients with better healthcare. You will translate user research into designs that improve clinical workflows and simplify patient interactions for a U.S.-based healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design lifecycle from ideation and strategy to execution and adoption.
• Define user needs, inform product strategy and develop solutions that meet both user and business requirements.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate insights for design decisions.
• Create UX deliverables such as user flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, clinical professionals and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver user‑centered healthcare solutions.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product design, UX design or UX research.
• Strong knowledge of UX best practices, UI design standards and usability testing methodologies.
• Ability to understand and prioritize user and stakeholder needs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
