Product Excellence Strategy Manager – Latin America & Caribbean

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Excellence Strategy Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) to bring structure, discipline and speed to product development and commercialization across the region. You will work closely with product, sales and senior leadership to ensure clear governance, strong visibility and consistent decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operationalize portfolio governance frameworks for the regional product suite.
• Lead quarterly product reviews, driving prioritisation, resource allocation and executive decision‑making.
• Develop clear portfolio views, highlighting trade‑offs, risks and growth opportunities.
• Ensure adoption of product‑management standards across all markets.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable processes to improve execution.
• Drive go‑to‑market readiness for priority products, including market validation scorecards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product governance, portfolio management or product strategy, preferably in financial services or payments.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into structured recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
