Product Manager – Fraud Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Product Manager to lead its Fraud Solutions portfolio. The role focuses on driving adoption and optimal use of AI‑powered fraud management products across the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Engage regularly with customers to capture feedback, improve experiences and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Analyze customer performance data and risk‑management KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with regional and global product leads to influence product development and roadmap.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities within Mastercard’s AI fraud‑solution suite.
• Develop case studies and reports for internal and external communication.
