Product Manager – Vascular Platform

About the role

Join BD, a global leader in medical technology, as the Product Manager for the Vascular platform in Colombia. You will shape the strategy and growth of a key business unit, aligning local actions with global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Vascular platform strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional guidelines and business unit goals.
• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, covering product launches, portfolio extensions, and growth strategies by segment, client, and country.
• Identify market opportunities, trends, and unmet clinical needs, creating business cases for new initiatives.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the strategic plan across hubs and countries, focusing on priorities.
• Manage market relationships with clinical stakeholders, oversee commercial implementation and launches, and monitor financial performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a health‑related field; postgraduate studies in Marketing, Business or Management are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related commercial roles, preferably in medical devices and vascular/interventional health.
