Product Trainer for Card Processing & ATM Hardware

About the role

Blossom is seeking a client‑focused Product Trainer to design and deliver training for its new Swipe (card processing) and Branch (ATM/kiosk hardware) product lines. You will work with U.S. credit union teams to ensure successful onboarding and go‑live readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver live, recorded, and self‑service training programs for Swipe and Branch.
• Create and maintain training materials such as guides, walkthroughs, job aids, and videos.
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person sessions, manage group dynamics, and answer real‑time questions.
• Support credit unions through onboarding, aligning training timelines with implementation milestones.
• Apply adult learning principles to translate technical concepts into clear, non‑technical training.
• Partner with implementation, product, and support teams to stay current on releases and common issues.
• Collect participant feedback and identify knowledge gaps for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+), both written and spoken.
• 2+ years creating and facilitating training for startups, technical tools, or financial institutions.
• 2+ years experience in ERP, financial implementation, ETL processes, or data conversion, preferably with hardware, POS, ATM, or payments products.
• Experience working with clients in analytical and technical problem‑solving roles.

Required skills

• Instructional design and adult learning principles applied to technical training.
• Strong facilitation skills for group training sessions.
• Practical understanding of ATM and kiosk hardware operations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and fast‑paced product environments.
• Familiarity with card processing concepts (issuance, authorizations, disputes, networks) is a plus.
